Jody Fouch, Partner
Mr. Jody Fouch, a partner at SFO, is a seasoned real estate tax accountant with over three decades of experience in the industry. Before entering the tax field in 1990, he worked in residential home construction, bringing a unique perspective to his practice. Mr. Fouch honed his expertise at Kenneth Leventhal and Haskell & White, where he provided tax services to prominent real estate developers across Orange County. Known for his deep understanding of the full economic real estate cycle, Mr. Fouch specializes in tax deferral strategies, partnership restructures, REIT offerings, and complex real estate transactions.

Jeff Olson, Partner
Jeff Olson embarked on his public accounting journey back in 1990, and since then, he’s been a driving force at Skinner Fouch & Olson LLP. As one of the firm’s founding partners, Jeff combines valuable technical expertise with strong management skills. Tim Reyes, Partner
Tim S. Reyes is a licensed CPA in the state of California with over twenty years of experience. He started his career at Skinner Fouch & Olson as a staff accountant in 2004 and was promoted through the ranks becoming partner in 2019. A graduate of Cal State University, Fullerton, Tim brings extensive expertise in real estate and partnership taxation, providing strategic financial guidance to a diverse client base. Technical expertise in like-kind exchanges, complex partnership allocations, carried/profit interest planning, inbound foreign direct investment.

Since joining Skinner, Fouch & Olson in 2008, David has been a key player in providing expert tax compliance and consulting services. A California State University of Fullerton graduate with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, David specializes in individual, partnership, corporate, and trust tax matters. With a focus on entity structuring and tax consulting for transactional real estate, David is dedicated to delivering insightful guidance and strategic solutions that drive client success.

Grant Bishop, Senior Manager
Grant began his career with the firm as a staff accountant. He has developed an expertise in real estate taxation for both commercial and residential properties. He currently oversees client groups with holdings that include apartment complexes, mobile and RV parks, warehouses, and shopping centers. In addition to his concentration in real estate taxation, Grant is a firm leader with trust tax compliance. Grant holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California Los Angeles and a Master of Science in Taxation from California State University of Fullerton.

Lisa Annan is a Senior Manager at Skinner Fouch & Olson LLP, with over 25 years of experience in tax compliance and planning services for individuals, businesses, trusts, estates, and gifts. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from California State University, Fullerton. Lisa began her career at Haskell & White, LLP, where she gained experience in both Tax and Audit departments, working with clients in the real estate industry. She later joined Deloitte, focusing on tax planning and compliance for closely held companies and high-net-worth individuals in the Real Estate and Private Client Advisor specialty groups.

Michelle McAlindin is a Tax Manager at Skinner Fouch & Olson LLP, with over 30 years of experience in accounting and taxation. She earned her Accounting degree from Cal Poly Pomona and began her career as a CPA at the Orange County office of Kenneth Leventhal & Company, a national public accounting firm specializing in real estate. Following the firm's merger with Ernst & Young, LLP in the late 1990s, Michelle continued to build her expertise at a local accounting firm. In 2018, she joined Skinner Fouch & Olson LLP, where she continues to apply her extensive knowledge in the field.

Tyler has worked at Skinner Fouch & Olson since his graduation from California State University, Fullerton in 2018 where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and Finance. His experience includes real estate taxation for both commercial and residential properties managing clients with apartment complexes, mobile home parks, warehouses, office buildings, and shopping centers. Tyler’s emphasis is on Partnership and S-Corporation taxation, Delaware Statutory Trusts (“DST”), and High Net Worth Individuals. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of California.
